To login to the on-line census system enter your details in the boxes on the login page.
You should have the Username Reg. No. which will either 9 digits long, or begin with "S" followed by 8 digits.
Each Group/District/County/Area/Region/Country Lead Volunteers have been issued passwords. Passwords will also have been sent to 14 - 24 Team Leaders and Chairs to allow access to the sections they support. Passwords can be shared locally with volunteers that also support the Census process but may not hold one of these roles.
District Passwords allow access to the District and all its Groups for editing and viewing purposes. County Passwords allow access for all its Districts and Groups for editing and viewing purposes.

A Cookie is a message given to a web browser by a web server. The message is then stored by the browser on your machine. Each time the browser requests a page from the server, this message is sent back. This cookie identifies the user as part of the security for the system.
Each Group/District/County/Area/Region/Country Lead Volunteer has been supplied with two passwords an "EDIT" password which gives full access to the system and a "VIEW" password which allows viewing of the details entered.
Once logged in to the system it is easy to log out - use the "logout" button you will find at the top/bottom of each page
